Randy Barnett seems to make a very reasonable case for the convening of a Constitutional Convention in his latest article in the Wall Street Journal,
The Case for a Federalism Amendment.
My Thoughts: I believe that if the Tea Parties have shown anything it's that the sentiment against the Federal Government is growing and mobilizing. The unprecedented moves by every branch of the government to regulate our lives has given rise to a backlash movement that could finally put a halt to the social engineering that began with the New Deal.
